Funny Way To Be promoter Peter Dixon said: “We had a tremendous 2017 with more than 30 shows and a combined audience in excess of 5,000 in the intimate venues in Teesdale.
“So, we had a lot of work to do to equal that, and we are delighted with the results.”
He added: “Two shows have already sold out and we are predicting many of the others will head the same way.
“With that in mind we have announced all our shows right up to September to give folks the best chance of picking up tickets.
“We have been attracting people from all over the north of England to Barnard Castle and very much welcome audience members old and new.
“We continue to try our best to programme a range of shows providing something for everyone.”
