Ripping yarn of espionage and adventure heads to Whorlton Village Hall

AN ALL-FEMALE production company are stopping in on a Teesdale village to perform a “ripping yarn”.
Whorlton Village Hall will host Agent of Influence: The Secret Life of Pamela More on Saturday, October 7, as their autumn programme kicks into gear.
Actress Rebecca Dunn will play socialite and fashion columnist Pamela More who is recruited by MI5 to keep notes on Wallis Simpson and Edward VIII.
Ms Dunn plays a number of roles in the espionage play set in 1930s London.
Fluff Productions have teamed up with the Highlights Rural Touring Scheme to bring their work north.
Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
